Major League Grilling BBQ Team competes in professional BBQ contests to challenge the best BBQ cooks in the world. Most of these events are sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbeque Society. As with all KCBS events, to win Grand Champion, you must cook chicken, ribs, pork and brisket. We do this because we love to BBQ, meet new folks, build friendships and of course, win for braggin’ rights.
