Let’s get it on in 2013!
Champing on the bit to compete, this is the year MLG is stepping up the level of competition. The off season months produced multiple weekends and oodles of hours, practicing all 4 protein categories based on tenderness, appearance and flavor…not to mention all the preparation and detail that goes into 1 bite! Only the most challenging competitions are on the schedule and I look forward to see how I stack up against the best in the world.
